The Suikoden series began its journey in 1995 and quickly gained popularity as the first title in KONAMI's original RPG series.

Suikoden I&II HD Remaster Gate Rune and Dunan Unification Wars aims to keep the original story and charm of the colorful cast of characters intact.

Junko Kawano, who designed the characters for the original version of Suikoden released in 1995, recently redesigned all the character portraits for Suikoden I HD Remaster Gate Rune War.



The debut of a new trailer highlights iconic moments from the beloved RPG adventure, along with new quality-of-life improvements, visuals and gameplay mechanics.

KONAMI has confirmed some fundamental improvements and quality of life features in the upcoming remaster collection.

Pixel sprites and environment art enhanced with new on-screen effects including lighting animations, clouds and shadows Flickering flames, smoky smoke, moving leaves and insects all add to a vivid in-game atmosphere!
